Erano attese ormai da giorni, e finalmente ci siamo: abbiamo le nomination ufficiali per i prossimi The Game Awards 2025. Lo show degli “Oscar dei videogiochi” è ormai sempre più vicino e, come da tradizione, si sono appena aperte le votazioni per tutti gli utenti, che insieme alla giuria internazionale decreteranno i vincitori delle le varie categorie.
Lo show condotto da Geoff Keighley, che come sempre alternerà le premiazioni con nuovi annunci e trailer, andrà in onda nella notte di venerdì 12 Dicembre alle 02:00, ora italiana. È già possibile votare per i propri “Game of the Year” dal sito ufficiale della manifestazione.

Queste sono tutte le nomination per i The Game Awards 2025. A dominare la scena è Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, che ottiene, come da previsione, il maggior numero di nomine, arrivando a 12 candidature. Segue Death Stranding 2: On The Beach con 7, mentre a quota 6 troviamo Ghost of Yotei e Hades II. Hollow Knight Silksong si ferma invece a 5 nomine.
Possiamo dire, senza paura di smentita, che in più di di una categoria sembra davvero non esserci competizione: basti pensare al miglior RPG oppure al miglior Family Game, dove la vittoria di Mario Kart World appare quasi una formalità. Ma sarà interessante scoprire se i pronostici saranno confermati o ribaltati.
